My passion for technology is complemented by a strong foundation in psychology—I hold a degree in the field, and my practical experience continues to guide my work. For over a decade, I have been working in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, and career consulting. By combining my background in psychology with my enthusiasm for technology, I deliver practical and effective solutions for IT professionals and company leaders seeking guidance in talent management and career growth.

My journey into IT started in the late ’80s with a C64 computer, sparking a lifelong curiosity for technology. While I didn’t become a programmer, I explored tech through managing webshops, learning graphic design, and diving into IT recruitment. After graduating in HR and starting my career in social services, I transitioned into sales, gaining experience in FMCG and B2B across various company sizes. A few years ago, I shifted to IT recruitment, where I enjoy the challenge of continuous learning and creating win-win-win situations. Outside of work, I’m a sci-fi enthusiast who loves watching movies and series with my kids.
